It adheres to everything proposed ता except noise. This is the only issue that needs to be improved in version 4.0.

I’ve been looking for a “smart lock” for some time now and after reading many positive reports about version 2.0 Nuki Smart LockI decided that version 3.0 is the ideal model for testing.

With the new generation of this smart lock, the Nuki SmartLock 3.0 Available in two colors. With the Pro version, you can choose between white and black, while the standard model, which I’ve tested, only exists in white. According to Nuki, this is only for one reason: most of the doors are white. Honestly, I don’t know where the company went to get that information, but I don’t think that’s consistent with the truth.

Regardless, in both models we have an LED ring and in the standard model we have a large plastic button in the center of this ring, whereas in the Pro model it is in brushed aluminum. In addition, the Pro model has a 2500mAh battery, while the “regular” model does not have a battery – we need to use four AA batteries, which will last at least four months (if they are in good condition). ). I believe this is true, because I have been using it for two months and so far, I do not feel the need to change it. However, they may choose to purchase the Nuki Powerpack, which is nothing more than a rechargeable battery via its USB-C port. Initially I used batteries, but I admit that I bought this pack, not just “always buy batteries”. The big advantage of using this pack is that, according to the company, a two-hour charge gives autonomy for four months of use.

Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 is easy to install. Just place a plate in the lock you are going to use and tighten with the provided Allen key, in other words, a process that takes about two minutes. Then we put the key in the lock and “embed” the smart lock. This whole process is done in less than five minutes and inside the door, so that no one can enter your key from outside by removing the lock.
