How to Turn on Footlocker Notifications

If you’ve already downloaded and started using the Footlocker app on your phone, then you know how convenient it can be to place orders through that app. You can also turn on or off Footlocker delivery notifications with the app.

Once you’ve signed into your Footlocker account, it’s often as simple as searching for an item and tapping a couple of buttons.

You can purchase that item, or you can learn how to add items to Footlocker’s wish list so that you can find it again later. But after you’ve placed an order, the next thing you are looking for is that item to be delivered.

While you can open the app and check the Orders screen from the menu, you are also able to configure the Footlocker mobile app so that you get notifications when your item has shipped, and when it is delivered. Our guide below will show you how to enable these notifications through the app.

How to Turn on Delivery Notifications in the Footlocker App

The steps in this article were performed on smartphones., using the most current version of the Footlocker app that was available when this article was written.

This guide assumes that you have already installed the Footlocker app on your phone and that you have signed into it with your account.

Step 1: Open the Footlocker app.

Step 2: Touch the menu button at the top-left corner of the screen.

3: Scroll down and choose the Settings option.

4: Select the Notifications option.

5: Tap the button to the right of Shipment Notifications to enable that option.

You should now start receiving notifications on your phone when your items ship and when they are delivered.

How to Turn off Footlocker Shipping Notifications

To manage notifications, head to Settings > Sound & Notification > App Notifications.

Step 1. Next, scroll through the list of apps and tap the one you no longer want to see or hear notifications for.

Step 2. Turn notifications on/off for your app.

How to Change Your Notifications on Footlocker

To set your notification preferences, follow these steps:

Step 1. From your account, select Settings, then select Notification

Step 2. Preferences.

Step 3. On the Notifications Options tab, review your email settings.

Step 4. To update or add an email address, click the Edit button for each type of notification.
