Ginga Agency partners announced the creation of a business model of Gira.DAO, affiliate and network operation – in a blockchain system – addressed to the communications and marketing sectors. In general, the DAO – or decentralized and autonomous organization – is a form of operation and administration that offers transparency, autonomy, and authority to its members.

In the Gira.DAO ecosystem, four companies operate in the form of a distributed network: Ginga, an advertising agency; Consulting firm in Diva, Innovation, Digital Transformation and Customer Experience (CX); Signa, Branding, Design and User Experience (UX) Consultant; And, Consultant in innovation, Trespontozero.IO, education, creation and implementation of Web 3.0 projects.

Initially, according to the partners, Gira.DAO will be made up of 150 employees, who will be involved in various levels of business decisions.
