The festival will feature hybrid and remote activities on digital platforms with grants for tutor teachers. In this edition, the life and work of the poet Augusto dos Anjos from Paraiba will be honored, with the guiding theme: ‘Augusto Presente: Avatar Do You Know Metavarso Creative’. The program includes another method and thus the theme will be developed in seven artistic languages: visual arts, dance, literature, music, audio-visual production, theater and photography.

The action developed by SEECT in partnership with the Research Support Foundation (Fapesq) aims to encourage, strengthen, access to various expressions in the field of art, in addition to practicing in the school routines of units affiliated with the state educational network. All schools in the state education network of Paraiba, which offer 8th and 9th grades for the final year of primary school and high school, will be able to participate in the Youth and Adult Education (EJA) Cycle IV, V and VI festivals. This year, social education schools and prison education institutions will also be able to participate.

Hybrid activities will be implemented in elementary school and high school final year schools, while for EJA and social learning schools, festival activities will be remotely, on a digital platform.

During the implementation of the regional and state phases, a grant of R $ 600.00 will be given to the tutor teachers of seven proposals selected in 14 regional education managements to improve the activities developed in the scope of the festival. , For a period of five months

Stages: The festival is configured in a set of educational and cultural experiences and competitive events, involving students and teachers from the state educational network. It will be carried out in three phases: school, regional and state.

The first will be run in each registered school unit, the second will be developed by the regional education management to which the schools are attached, the third, in a state format.

The activities developed by the students in each artistic language in the teaching unit must be accompanied by the teacher and one teacher cannot be with more than one activity. These restrictions also apply to students who cannot participate in more than one artistic language.

School stage – The school stage is consistent with the activities developed in the context of each teaching unit enrolled in the festival and is of a qualifying nature. Schools are allowed to hold school festivals to promote and select their representatives in each artistic language. As a final product of the school phase, each teaching unit should systematize a single school project and production using artistic language.

Regional Stage – The regional phase corresponds to the activities developed by each of the 14 regional management (GREs). Related to the selection of work by the artistic language of each GRE, it is of a qualifying and eliminating nature, thus there are a total of 16 works representing each GRE at the state stage.

State Stage – The state stage is concerned with the integration and interaction of all activities selected by the 14 regional managements of education and driven remotely by the products. The State Commission will use digital devices or other means to guarantee universal access to the festival for the participants. As part of the tribute to Augusto dos Anjos, the three stages of the state stage will be named after the universe of his character and work, namely: Avatar, EU and Metavarso.

The incarnation of the Self in Creative Metavers is therefore a renaissance of the Augustinian self, projected into the multidimensional virtual world through student art.

In the incarnation phase, the evaluation committee will appreciate all the productions in the regional phase, selecting five works according to the artistic language, a total of 35 productions. The second stage (qualification), called Eu, is related to the people’s preference for the two final products through the artistic language via Instagram (@arteemcenaoficialpb). Of the 35 published proposals, 14 will be classified for the final stage.

The third and final stage (elimination), is called metaverse, ‘Augusto Present: Avatar of the Self in the Creative Metavers’ The Metavers phase will be broadcast live on the platform broadcast on Arte M Cena and / or SEECT’s official channel.

Two finalists for each artistic language will be revealed during the live stream.

EJA – Celebration ‘August Present: Avatar of the Self in the Creative Metavers – Eja M Cena’ will be developed in remote format, so that respect for the workload that regulates EJA does not affect the school routine.

Social Educational Schools – Do you qualify for the festival? Augusto Present: The Incarnation of the Self in Creative Metavers – Arte Qui Liberta’s All Schools that Integrate Teaching Methods called Youth and Adult Education (EJA), which works with inmates of the Paraba State Education Network. The cycle of young and adult education offers IV, V and VI, which are considered in two artistic languages, namely: Visual Arts and Literature. Awards – All participants in the state stage will be awarded a Certificate of Artistic Product Development. Students approved for the state stage of the festival will win a 20-hour course on the artistic language in which they have been admitted. Out of the 16 winning proposals for the state stage of the festival, all students will receive a smartphone, a medal of participation (Tamarindo de Ouro) and a certificate of state championship. Trophies will be given to all the schools among the 16 winning artworks of the festival.
